What is Wellness Therapy’s Return Policy?

We stand by our products with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee -If you purchase the product directly from Wellness Therapy, then you may return (Against manufacturing defect only) the product within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund based upon the original payment method. Any returns after this period will not be accepted. Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment. In addition, please note the following:

  • Every product must be returned to our registered address – No: 1/580, Vinayaga Nagar 1st Street, Thoraipakkam, Chennai – 600097. Contact our Customer Experience Team if you have any queries or difficulties during the return process.
  • Personalized items and items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Products can be returned only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased.
  • Therabody branded products purchased through other retailers must be returned directly to them in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy. 

All returns are subject to validation and approval at Wellness Therapy’s discretion. If there is a discrepancy between the return policy and procedures printed on the original packing slip and the information provided above, the information provided above governs the return of your purchase on https://wellnesstherapy.in/.

For orders placed on https://wellnesstherapy.in/:
  1. Please contact our Customer Experience Team at sales@wellnesstherapy.in, chat or by calling +91 8925511638 to initiate a return.
  2. Personalized items and items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
  3. Once we receive your return request and the return has been authorized, a member of our Customer Experience Team will provide you with the return address details and a Return Authorization Form to be completed and sent back to us with your return package. Please keep in mind, we do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for the return. We recommend that you hold onto your tracking information, as we are not responsible for lost packages by the carrier.
  4. Once we receive the return, please allow approximately 5 business days for your return to be processed. Additional delays may occur. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
  5. Once we issue the refund, please allow up to 10 business days for it to reflect in your original method of payment. Refunds for returns apply to the purchase price of the item(s) only. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping and handling charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error or subject to the Wellness Therapy Limited Warranty.
Please note all returns must include the completed Return Authorization Form. Products returns must be received by Wellness Therapy within 30 days of purchase. Only authorized returns will be processed.  
How are refunds credited?
If the product is returned in accordance with this Return Policy, Wellness Therapy will credit your original form of payment you used to make the original purchase and any applicable taxes (excluding shipping and handling charges). What is your exchange policy? We are unable to offer exchanges by mail at this time. What if my item(s) arrives incorrect or damaged? If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our Customer Experience Team at sales@wellnesstherapy.in with your order number and description of the incorrect or damaged order.
