I was really impressed by the packaging itself, it opened up in layers and i was quite excited to see that. The first time i used it, i felt so relieved, my muscles have found a perfect partner in Theragun Pro!! My shoulder & neck muscles tend to lock almost everytime i work out, it has been a constant problem. Since i have discovered this product, i make sure to release my muscles every day after my workout. Recovery for me is, 8 hours of a good night’s sleep, proper hydration and stretching(even on off days).
